Link Wray dies November 18, 2005
NewsOK, boys and girls, we just lost another great pioneer of Rock’N'Roll guitar! Cool Since he was another of the gallery of “The Greatest Unknown Guitarists”, and was living in Denmark; we probably won’t hear a darned thing about it here in the States. He, Lonnie Mack, Les Paul, and Chet Atkins were the men directly responsible for my love of and desire to learn the guitar. “Rumble” was the first record I ever bought back in 1958. RIP, Link, I will miss you. Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad
